BE the Breath

Connect with the Womb of Mother Earth

BE the Breath
When you breathe
Breathe In and OUT
Do not pause in between
Breathe deeply IN to the belly
And breathe deeply OUT
Open you mouth
Let your jaw hang down
Feel the inhale on your tongue and
Go down via your throat into your lungs
Feel your belly expand and
Fall down again when you breath out
Be IN the breathe
IN and OUT and 
IN again
No pauses 
Connect the in breath with the out breath
Life IN, Life OUT
